Maryhaven’s Wellness Program was created by our dedicated Wellness Committee, with a mission to prioritize the well-being of both our staff members and the people we support. Through a variety of activities and resources, the program encourages nourishing the mind, body, and spirit while fostering a positive and supportive environment for all.

Monthly Classes & Activities
A key feature of the program is the organization of monthly classes and activities covering a wide range of topics including fitness, nutrition, and general wellness. These opportunities allow participants to:
